Born and raised in Cuyahoga Falls, Nicholas has always been fascinated by the character of its’ neighborhoods and the surrounding communities. This lifelong connection has led to a deep appreciation for the area and its housing market. This local knowledge allows Nicholas to help clients make well-informed decisions rooted in firsthand experience of the community.

Outside of real estate, Nicholas has been married to his wife Megan since 2021 and enjoys spending time with family, including his two dogs, Rambo and Scooby. In his spare time, Nicholas enjoys hiking, skiing, golfing, and playing baseball in the Ohio MSBL, activities that reflect teamwork, discipline, and an active lifestyle that carries over into professional dedication for clients.
